Project Description

This new home incorporates many modern features and the owners have delighted in experimenting with contrasting building materials. The external façade of the house consists of rendered brickwork, Scyon matrix cladding incorporating expressjoint to achieve a sharp and contemporary effect.

The design of this home also featured a high single pitched roof with clearstorey windows to maximise light, space and ventilation. This home also incorporated energy efficient systems such as hydronic inslab heating and double glazed windows to create a comfortable living space.
